BRAND PARTNERSHIPS
A closer look at how I help brands solve product challenges through strategy, product development leadership, and innovation.
Parade
Building the Product Foundation from the ground up
Joined Parade during its first year to build the product foundation from the ground up. I designed, developed, and launched the company's original underwear, bralette, and underwire bra collections while establishing the grading philosophy, fit blocks, base body specifications, sizing systems, and customer-facing size charts that created a consistent fit across the entire assortment.
Every product was developed through extensive fit sessions, wear testing, and material development to ensure exceptional comfort, durability, and consistently low return rates. Together, these foundations helped establish customer confidence in Parade's colorful, size-inclusive basics while creating a scalable platform for future product development.
The original collections contributed to more than 100,000 new customers, $9 million in revenue, and 600,000 units sold during the company's first year. Parade later surpassed $50 million in booked revenue, reached a $200 million valuation, and sold more than 6 million pairs of underwear, demonstrating the commercial value of investing in strong product foundations from the very beginning.
Beyond the core collection, I collaborated with the Design Director on the concept development for the Parade × Zana Bayne capsule collection and led the product development through production, introducing innovative cactus leather accessories.

Kiki de Montparnasse
Building Product Excellence for a Luxury Brand
Partnered with Kiki de Montparnasse to restructure the product development process and team, creating a more efficient and effective way of developing luxury lingerie and ready-to-wear collections. I established technical documentation, refined fit across the collection, trained a new manufacturing partner in Mexico, and collaborated with local and international factories to improve product quality and execution.
I expanded the brand into new ready-to-wear categories including luxury T-shirts, shorts, bralettes, and sunburst pleated jumpsuits. I also led the technical development of the Cage Collection, translating the original creative concept into a production-ready collection through refined construction, fit, and execution. In addition, I developed a technically complex French lace lingerie collection requiring innovative grading solutions due to the fixed-width lace panels.
The collections contributed to increased sales, stronger customer loyalty, and significant editorial and celebrity exposure, with pieces worn by Natalie Portman, Madonna, Janet Jackson, and other high-profile clients.

Oddobody
Strengthening Product Development for Sustainable Growth
Partnered directly with the founders to strengthen Oddobody's product development capability while supporting the brand's continued growth. I restructured the product development process, established a product development calendar, and expanded the company's sourcing capabilities by introducing a new manufacturing partner in Peru while identifying and developing a new factory partnership in Portugal to produce an organic cotton mesh collection.
Across the collection, I refined the core assortment, aligned fit and rises across product categories, expanded sizing through XXXL, and developed new products including woven pajamas, a core string thong, organic cotton mesh lingerie, and innovative 100% cotton swimwear. I also sourced new fabrics and materials that strengthened the brand's commitment to natural fibers while improving supplier flexibility and long-term product quality.

Skin
Reinventing Natural Fiber Essentials
Partnered with Skin to refine and expand its intimate apparel collection while introducing innovative natural-fiber solutions across core product categories. I identified new product opportunities, refined fit and hardware, aligned the core assortment, reduced SKU complexity, and ensured every style served a clear purpose.
Alongside the core collection, I designed a limited-edition Pima cotton capsule inspired by the sensual simplicity of the brand's early years, reimagining cotton as a luxurious and desirable material. The collection was selected by Net-a-Porter. I also developed seamless organic cotton-TENCEL™ intimates that delivered gentle smoothing similar to lightweight shapewear, along with raw-cut invisible cotton underwear that challenged conventional synthetic solutions.
